Our training get results
If you pay for a bespoke training course for your team, it comes with a guarantee. Read on to find out how you benefit.
Our course evaluation
The evaluation form which we send out to attendees after each workshop asks them to rate their skills and confidence before and after the session. We work out what the average was and pass these findings on to the person who commissioned the training course. Here is an example from 2021.
In the above case the attendees had learned how to communicate with clients who are learning English as a Foreign Language. Fourteen of them completed the evaluation form (we send this out electronically). When we had received the results we worked out the average.
The above scores are typical
We expect your team to report that they have improved. If for some reason this does not happen, you are protected by our quality guarantee. One of two things will happen.
A full refund
If your team as a whole do not feel that their skills and confidence have improved, we will refund you the cost of the training. (Please note this guarantee applies to bespoke training. It does not apply to our ticketed events or our eLearning courses.)
One to one coaching
What if just of one member of your team shows no improvement? In this case we offer free one-to-one coaching for that individual of up to two hours.
Exceptions to our guarantee
We ask attendees to score their pre-existing skills and confidence. Very occasionally, people state that even before the training took place they were already a 9 or a 10. This means that there was little room for improvement, so individuals like these are not covered by the guarantee.
We will be happy to answer them. In a commitment-free call you can find out whether our courses will benefit your team (click here to book your free 15 minute fact finder.) We can help you to identify any skills gaps that we can help with and you can rely on us to be honest about whether the training we offer is a good match for your needs.
